#tobegrilling

Sun is out, grill is hot! So nice to finally be outside! Last night, we made this:

YUM. I 'sort of' used these pins. I usually just grab some ideas and throw in what I have.
Chops + Tiny Potatoes + Asparagus. Grabbed some organic chops and used a steak/chop rub that I had, grilled with a thermometer. I had fingerling potatoes which worked great. Sautéed them in my skillet with olive oil, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, spicy mustard and a bit of curry and basil. Baked at 400 for about 25 min. Asparagus, didn't have a recipe, but found this one today. Pretty much the same idea. Goodness! The only thing missing was some wine! Kiddo and hubby approved. Go pin!
